I bought lunch for a friend and she agreed to repay in Bitcoins. She has a PhD in Genetic Engineering so she is smart and busy. She doesn't have time for tedious geeky stuff. I went through the company MtGox via a link within the MyWallet app I selected to send via cash deposit and found a CVS store that was on their list of providers (using Moneygram). When all is said and done it looks like it would cost me $121.45 to send you $100 worth of bitcoin. This is due to a fee of 3.99 imposed by MtGox, a fee of $3.95 imposed by ZipZap which is the local company in San Francisco that is being used, and $11.50 fee to Moneygram.
