USPS marries mobile with mail via QR code promotion By Rimma Kats July 7, 2011 USPS is using mobile bar codes to engage users The United States Postal Service has rolled out a mobile bar code promotion that provides business with a 3 percent discount on products. The U.S. Postal Service teamed up with Scanbuy to power the mobile initiative. The promotion will run from July 1 through August 31.
