Project Description: Build a 2 tier affiliate/referral system that uses Bitcoins as its payment method. Installation and use of 'bitcoind' to send and receive the bitcoins is required. Site will be hosted on my server. Frontend mockup is provided and in jpg format only. I need a developer that can take my jpg mockups with list of requirements and provide a complete solution.
