Virtual currency exchange service BitInstant is said to be in the final stages of creating a credit card that will work worldwide with the MasterCard standard, but also allow transactions in BitCoins. The launch of the card could add a sense of legitimacy and improve the reputation of the widely-used virtual currency. BitCard BitCoins, or BTC, make up a decentralised virtual cryptocurrency commonly used online among people interested in keeping their transactions secret. It is not tied to any real money, but traded on various electronic exchanges to establish its price. Such exchange websites have proved vulnerable to hack attacks in the past, prompting fluctuations in BitCoin value.
