I'm looking for someone to help me create a social GIF Creator Tool for Android. There is currently an app on the Google Play Store that includes the features that I am currently looking for. The app is called Gifinator (link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.makariolewis.gifinator). Not only will there be an android app, but there will also be a web backend. Much more detail about the project is available at private request. The app, once developed, would need to be coded in a way that allows further and greater development. I have big ambitions for this project.
