Learning Rails for the first time should be fun, and this class will allow you to get your feet wet and start learning how to build rails apps. We will cover the basics of the Ruby language and explore the key concepts behind the Rails framework, like MVC (models, views, and controllers), ActiveRecord, and more. The format of the class is going to be a lecture - I will be building a rails application in real time, you will be able to ask questions and optionally follow along.
