I'm looking for a developer to build a relative simple but complete mail sending web service with sign up, login, editing of html mail templates, payments etc. Think 37signals feature and focus wise. Simple, easy to use and to the point not trying to solve all your problems just. Design I will supply complete design in PSD and description of every user event. There will be probably still be some logic holes to fill as it is difficult to estimate every conceivable case. I will also suggest choice of technique, plugins etc but require the developer to make qualitative choices when it comes to those things.
