Inspiration, broad description and implementation strategy: The goal is to create a site very similar to Pinterest and The Fancy. The plan is to develop the site in several steps and to test each step on the market (from a business perspective) before commencing on the subsequent steps. So the first version will be a stripped down version of the sites mentioned above. About the site: It's a site where users can upload, collect and share pictures (just like Pinterest and Fancy). The pictures are shown on a general board/wall (the first page shown on the UI) as well as on individual users pages. The pictures shown on the site are uploaded and tagged (and maybe commented upon) by the users in a similar way to how users upload pictures on Pinterest or the Fancy.
