So... everything is "pretty". You go to the tracker, open the issue fields, type in everything needed and sent it to the support. The support fills all those fields after some days. You won't get any notification that your coffee machine is on the way to you. You just get some little hacky mails, which provides some strange information about different fields, such fields like the QRS-Nr. These are all information, you just don't need. But you will be bothered with it. Be honest, I'm sure you have such a situation before with some support. ;-) Well I have such a situation in my daily business with many issue tracker or with some project management software. Just as an example, Microsoft Project, It provides the user with many menus and each of them differ slightly, depending on which object the user wants to add.
