Finally effective and complex meeting manager & planner for Easy Redmine. It works as modul for user's personal page. Users can display their planned meeting is day, week or month view. If planning a meeting, you can check your colleagues availability. Simply time user into autocomplete field and click on him - user is added and you see his/her meeting in calendar marked with respective colour. Clicking on particular day/time you create a new meeting. Write the name invite the colleagues or send invitation on external e-mails. If you are invited for the meeting, invitation would display. You can see participants and you can accept or decline.
