Jo's been testing and helping deliver quality software for a couple of decades – with much of that spent successfully leading teams and projects, improving process, release management and consulting. Her passion for customer satisfaction has led Jo to insist on working closely with support teams, but they've never seemed to mind. During 9 years in digital media distribution, immersed in web app, client / server and hosted solutions QA, she discovered Agile in 2002 and never looked back. Jo joined Pivotal Labs in 2011 & leads quality and technical support efforts for Pivotal Tracker.
