The intersection of man and machine has always been of great interest to Intridea. While much of our work focuses on software, we've also been exploring the hardware side and the increasing demand for human-software-hardware interaction. The machines we interact with are no longer just typical computers and phones. They're increasingly specialized hardware devices like the Nest thermostat, Fitbit, 3D printers, and more. In our exploration of these interfaces, we've built a multitude of gadgets and devices. Some playful and some serious. Over the coming months we'll show you what we've been up to, delve deeper into how these gadgets came to life as well as what it means for UX, software, and the future Internet of Things and Social Machines.
