Foraker Labs is currently hiring full-time Ruby on Rails developers in our Boulder, Colorado office. What we want: We’re looking for someone with a passion for programming and for writing beautiful code. If you never think about code after 5:01pm, if you haven’t read a book about programming since you left school, or if you are not excited by the idea of a technical interview where we pepper you with questions about algorithms, we're probably not a great fit. You should have significant experience (2 or more years) with both Ruby programming and Rails development. Other topics that we’d expect you to be able to talk intelligently about include: testing, TDD, the strengths and weaknesses of ActiveRecord, the pros and cons of REST, and why skinny controllers and fat models are a Good Thing.
