ruby or python which is better for my app? [closed]

I'm writing a new app and want to try a new language. I need something that wont leak memory. I need dictionary's like C# or hash tables like php. I like good documentation I like dont like PHP's function naming conventions example (sstrstrchr_reverse and ereg_replace sux, i like indexof() or .substring()) I like having anonymous methods like c# or javascript, its faster for development I'd like to be able to create controls pretty easily w/ animation or effects like jquery (i guess this is windows dev, u can ignore this point i guess) some libs w/ decent docs is a bonus, xml and linq in C# are -sweet- and theres a lot of tutorials for them Development time is a factor - I want quick development, I cant spend a day reading Docs because c# obfuscated the .left property in WPF to be Canvas.SetLeft, and then find out it wont work because I didnt send it to the dispatcher firs...
