Doing this via email just sucks so - I came up with the idea to document my coaching with meta tags. Attached is a screenshot of what I am looking for. Hopefully a picture is worth a thousand words. This tool Will need auto and manual backup to something usable as well csv, xls, etc ) As far as I know meta data has not been used in this way before - someone could develop a very useful ( and sell-able ) program here!
