Use the dScout website to design and launch your missions. A mission is like a research task that you'll have your scouts (aka participants, users, shoppers) perform. Have scouts do things like show you their shopping process, create a diary of what they're up to, capture an inventory of their stuff, reflect on a given topic, etc... it all depends on the question(s) you want answered. Once you've finalized the details, it's launch time.
