Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant commercial experience and excellent object-orientated coding skills using PHP5, preferably within a framework such as Yii. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails would be an advantage. Candidates with experience only in RoR will also be considered. A working knowledge of web coding technologies such as XHTML , CSS and JS is a given. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and adapt quickly to the dynamic environment within our company. The varied workload will include development of bespoke web applications, mobile sites and enhancements to off the shelf systems such as Wordpress and Magento.
