I expect this to be a long term project in 4 phases. So, I am looking for a long term partnership. This part of the project will encompass the first 2 phases. I expect that if the partnership goes well, I am more than happy to pay double this amount for phase 3 & 4. The immediate needs is getting our first project to a live “functional status” where a user’s can; (1) register on our site, (2) play our first webgame ( you will need to use API’s to integrate with a game we have) , and (3) pay us money to buy virtual currencies . All design work will be handled by separate designers, so this will be coding only.
