We require a lugin/module for Fedena that can handle inquiry management. The details are as under: 1. A user can enter student data when a arent visits/calls the school for the first time. 2. The user also sets a date to followu with the aren't regarding the admission. The number of followu s can range between 1-5. On each followu the user will add certain comments de ending on the arent interaction. 3. When there is an admission, this inquiry can be converted to admitted. If not, it will be termed as "rejected". 4. When a student leaves the school, he/she is converted to Alumni. 5. It will dis lay the status of each inquiry and all inquiries - ending/rejected etc. 6. The software will show reminders for all inquiries to be followed u each day. If this functionality can be incor orated into an existing o en source installation of Fedena, that will work for us as well.
