The Web Developer is responsible for building high-quality web application with the RoR framework, maintain existing web properties, and participate in the planning/creative phase for new projects. He/She must be able to write maintainable, reusable code using industry best practice with proper software testing. He/She should be able to keep our Architecture DRY and write software test for new code. Must be familiar with MySQL database environments, Rails 3 or 4, deployment strategies using Capistrano or Amazon EC2. Knowledge of social media APIs is a plus. Must be able to work with agile team in a fast-paced working environment.
