PHP/ MySQL expert - many small tasks within a website by jaysend

I have a website cms directory that is custom made via PHP and Mysql database. The programmer that coded it got busy and I need someone to finish it and make some adjustments to it. THERE IS NO SHOPPING CART OR ECOMMERCE. - It is about 80% complete but there is still lots of work to make it ready to go live. - when you complete it, I am going to hire another company to do penetration testing for security holes so I need someone that has more then 5 years experience with programming. - the website has user registration, special users can post blogs normal users can comment on blogs or post reviews in directory list, there is a business directory, a restaurant directory, - we tried to make a subscription mailing list but could not figure out how to implement our custom code with API of the companys like (constant contact, aweber, etc..) - if we used our own server to send ou...
