Ruby on Rails Designer - Sass & Rails - oDesk: Rails and Sass programmer to change an existing ecommerce website...

Rails and Sass programmer to change an existing ecommerce website to 1) create a new front page that will allow project posting and bidding and inviting to bid and 2) re-design the look current website (including creating or implementing a new search by tags functionality). The existing site is in rails 2.1.0 and ruby 1.8.6 on an ubuntu server. There is also an existing directory page that was done in php. The programmer needs to be highly skilled in rails and know how to design using Sass or a similar Css framework. He /she needs to be able to work collaboratively to develop the project over several months.
