As a Support Engineer for Ripple Labs, you will help with supporting business partners and developers who build for the Ripple protocol. Additionally, you will work with Ripple Labs documentation specialists to develop external resources to assist developers in resolving issues on their own. As the front line point of contact for external developers, the Support Engineer will often be the first at Ripple Labs to find the issue that impact our user and developer base. As such, you will also provide feedback about issues, and resolutions for issues, to development teams, to ensure that the Ripple protocol and Ripple products run as smoothly as possible.
