Unwatch make user irreversible lose access to ticket - This is the first issue people first realized, and maybe the biggest issue in this patch. And I don't think create a dialog fixes the problem. Make a confirmation dialog would create a big inconsistency: If I click unwatch in a ticket that I have access granted by "normal" rules, I turn off email notification for this ticket. If I do that with a ticket that I'm involved, I lose access? That doesn't make sense at all. Be involved not equals watch - This is a fact. If they seem the same for you, you need less from Redmine than other people would. A watcher needs to be involved, but involved people don't necessarily need to watch. Like I said before: Involve someone doesn't necessarily mean that you want this person being notified by email . You may want to let some user only access an issue when he wants to, not notify t...
